You can really help out by giving some of your time to helping us support carers

The Princess Royal Trust for Carers has 129 Carers’ Centres across the UK and many of these would welcome help with their work. This could include helping to organise events for carers, sending out information or working on the computer. You could get valuable work experience and help other carers at the same time.

We also have three main offices in London, Glasgow and Chorley. We organise events, deal with journalists and do research to raise money and awareness of carers. If you’d like to help out, email us to find out more.

Or you could get your school to agree to help young carers by making a charter (a set of guidelines to make life easier for young carers at school). If your school already has this and supports young carers in other ways, get involved!
