Just to reassure you - you don't have to have Internet Explorer to use our chatroom. We've tested it out with Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari, and on both Windows and Mac computers, and it seems to work fine. The only thing is, you need to have the latest Java installed too, which is easy - just go to www.java.com and follow the instructions.

(Sometimes, when people have been having problems, they've found that changing to a different web browser has made a difference; that's because sometimes you might have Java working differently in one web browser from in the other.)
