Hey, i know things can feel harsh well some of the time, well most of the time, do you have a young carers group in your school with a specific teacher (you could choose one you like) cos i have found that i have made friends lower down in the school not only the young carers but their friends some of the consider me like a big sister a friend they can always rely on or just have fun.
