This morning i opened mums post because she was in bed and i found two removal notices saying that the balliffs were coming round because she still hadnt payed her council tax. Im really scared. what kind of things do they take? I might just offer them my laptop and my telly because i really cant be bothered with the fuss.

they take everything from tv's to beds but the most inportant thing is dont open the door to them because if 1 part of their body gets into your home they are allowedto break in to take your stuff

i know we had bayliffs round before and if you have a car you might want to move it out of the driveway

their not allowed 2 take the fire or the cooker! tho they are allowed 2 take the sofa and stuff like that, and they are not allowed to take anything that belongs 2 the childeren living in the house, but in some things u would have 2 have proofe that it acctually does belong to you!

 mabey if u ring the firm up and explaine the situation they mite come to an agreemant with you!

and if their not very nice to u then ring citizens advise and explaine, n they should be able to sort it out with you! if you have a social worker maybey they would help u out if u talked to them aswell!
